Seagram Co. has filed to sell at least 95.1% of its Tropicana Products Inc. subsidiary. Seagram is planning to sell shares of Tropicana in an estimated $3.57 billion initial public offering. The company did not say how many shares in Tropicana it was planning to sell. The estimated $3.57 billion value of the proposed IPO comes to close to previous estimates. Tropicana is a juice marketer based in Florida.
