A UK jury ruled that nine British soldiers killed by US missiles during the Persian Gulf War were killed 'unlawfully.' UK public prosecutor Barbara Mills stated that she does not have the power to prosecute foreign nationals for manslaughter committed abroad. The families of the victims were seeking information about the deaths.

Officer cleared in Iraq copter downing
