Restraint marks conservative trend

Article Abstract:

The Supreme Court took a conservative approach to the law during the 1992-93 term by avoiding interpretation of the law and exercising judicial restraint. The most conservative justices were Anthony M. Kennedy, William H. Rehnquist and Sandra Day O'Connor.
