New Products: Toshiba Copier and 'Energy Saver'

Article Abstract:

Toshiba announces its BD-7811 copier which offers enlargement and reduction capbilities for ten combinations of paper size, twenty-eight copies per minute, and 'auto scan' for reliable reproduction. By pushing a button, power can be turned down when the copier is not in use. Phase Lock Loop Motors reduce the number of parts needed. Toshiba also announces the BD-3701, a lower priced, lightweight model with some of the same features as the 7811 - 'clam shell' design, an interrupt capability, edge-to- edge copying, and straight paper path.
