Several legal actions against the Mayne Group by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) are presented. Mayne's plan to sell loss-making Geelong Private Hospital to a fellow hospital operator, Healthscope, was delayed by a legal challenge by Victoria public health officials.
