Lazy boards at fault
Article Abstract:
Drawbacks of Australian Securities & Investments Commission (Asic.) board are presented. It is observed that, the agency postpone announcement of market-sensitive deals. Insider trading and Insider selling are uncontrolled in Australia, and the time taken for the announcements is a scandal in itself against the agency.
