The ongoing housing market problems are evident with the projected 25 percent drop in home sales for 2007. The ongoing supply/demand imbalance is expected to force homebuilders to resort to sales tactics such as lowering prices and/or use discounts to increase demand therefore the homebuilding industry ranks at the bottom of the Value Line Industry grouping for timeliness.
