Formal entrepreneurship theory in economics: existence and bounds

Article Abstract:

The concept of entrepreneurship does not easily lend itself to theoretical analysis but there are theories of entrepreneurship available. Three examples are presented that illustrate the use of theory in entrepreneurship. The first example deals with the supply of productive entrepreneurs, the second with technology-disseminating entrepreneurs and the last with the optimal entry of a new product in the market.
