Civil courts on trial
Article Abstract:
Many businesses and individuals are complaining about the costly protracted nature of civil court cases. The Civil Justice Reform Act has set up an advisory group that is studying ways to reform the system. Limiting discovery procedures and encouraging settlements are some of the reform ideas.
