Article Abstract:

Article Abstract:
The prices of most building materials industry stocks tracked by Value Line held steady or declined in the Jul-Oct 1999 period. Lower prices have increased the attractiveness of building materials shares, but it would be advisable to wait for stronger signs that future interest rates will be flat before aggressively buying such shares.
