Are all results created equal? Auditing organizational outcomes for quality

Article Abstract:

Experts believe that managerial leaders would benefit by viewing results from a quality management perspective, considering the pressure they go through to produce measurable outcome. Values driven, based on ethical behavior, important to the purpose, oriented toward active learning, measurable and offering a balanced perspective are the six dimensions of quality results that could be considered.

The influence of continuous improvement and performance factors in total quality organization

Article Abstract:

The performance measurement techniques as the basis for the development of reward and recognition mechanisms in Total Quality Management are examined. Two phases of fieldwork were undertaken, an in-depth case study of the effectiveness of performance measurement in promoting continuous improvement, followed by the development of a model of optimal total quality based performance measurement.
