Article Abstract:

The role of Australian subsidiaries in the global ambitions of their parent differs widely from company to company but nearly every Australia-based subsidiary suffers from the problem of size. Australian subsidiaries must try to implement the global strategy of their parent company without getting out of line with the local market.
