The merger of Banksia Technology with NetComm was complicated due to worker reaction and unanticipated problems. Headhunters targeted employees, who began to doubt their future roles and distracted them from daily tasks. Retailers and customers feared a loss of brand quality. Different internal procedures such as benefits and evaluations also required integration.
