Article Abstract:

The consumer perspective, which emphasizes strategies that synergistically make up top line value that is required for profitability, is discussed. In order to have successful strategic management, attention to the end user is fundamental and attention to firm-consumer value linkages enhance ones understanding of the factors that lead to continuous high performance.
