Winston-Salem, the fourth largest city of North Carolina has taken some new major steps to rebuild its technology economy after the decline of the traditional manufacturing sectors like textiles, tobacco and furniture. The community should smartly deploy all its resources to maximize profit and should also create new employment opportunities for its people, who should be well educated and informed about the developments and competitions of the world.
