Involvement of cyclopropane fatty acids in the response of Pseudomonas putida KT2440 to freeze-drying

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted on the conditions for the optimal preservation of the strain and it's derivatives for long-term storage. It was observed that cyclopropane fatty acids in P. putida KT2440 is important for survival in freeze-drying processes.
