Article Abstract:
Involvement of the Notch pathway in vascular devolvement is demonstrated by both gain -and loss-of-function mutations in humans, mice, and zebrafish. The Delta-like 4 (D114) ligand alone is required in a dossage-sensitive manner for normal arterial patterning in development, which implicates D114 as the specific mammalian endothelial for autocrine endothelial Notch signaling.

Article Abstract:
The progress on the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of the eye, visual system, and embryonic tumors that arise in the optic system is reviewed. The findings suggest that various genes affecting the relative positioning of thalamocortical (TC) axons within the subcortical telencephalon (ST) might modify the cortical area including the visual cortex.

Article Abstract:
The G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are known to have a significant role in the regulation of vital cellular activities such as migration, differentiation, growth and survival. Their molecular mechanism is reported, by which the CARD and MAGUK domain-containing protein 3 (CARMA3) is observed to trigger the GPCR-induced NF-kappaB activation in knockout mice.
