Cooperation between C/EBP(alpha) TBP/TFIIB and SWI/SNF recruiting domains is required for adipocyte differentiation
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the chromatin remodeling important for the promoter activation during cellular lineage commitment and differentiation. The ability of the C/EBP(alpha) transcription factor to direct adipocyte uncommitted fibroblast precursor differentiation and to activate the SWI/SNF-dependent myeloid-specific genes has been investigated and the results are reported.

Histone H3 tail positioning and acetylation by the c-Myb but not the v-Myb DNA-binding SANT domain
Article Abstract:
The binding of c-Myb-DNA-binding domain (DBD) to the N-terminal histone tails of H3 and H3.3 is discussed. A function in chromatin organization is displayed by Myb by directing the modifications of histone through its SANT-DBD.
