Qualification of phnAc and nahAc in contaminated New Zealand soils by competitive PCR
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the unculturable polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria. The use of Burkholderia sp. strain RP077 phn genes as a genotype for naphthalene and phenanthrene degradation is discussed.
