Research has been conducted on the alkalophilic Bacillus sp. strain NG-27 that produces a 42-kDa endoxylanase. The cloning and sequencing of the endoxylonase gene has been carried out.

Article Abstract:

Research is conducted on the effect of developmental stages and substrates on laccase production in an edible mushroom Lentinula edodes. Results include cloning and characterization of two L. edodes lac1 gene variants and comparison of laccase activity and gene expression in L. edodes L54.
