Avian reservoirs and zoonotic potential of the emerging human pathogen helicobacter canadensis
Article Abstract:
The taxonomic position of Campylobacter- like isolates recovered from barnacle geese and Canada geese are investigated by a polyphasic identification approach. The results identified the word isolates as Helicobacter canadensis, described as an emerging human pathogen.

Antimicrobial resistance profiles of Campylobacter jejuni isolates from wild birds in Sweden
Article Abstract:
The susceptibility of 137 Campylobacter jejuni strains isolated from free-living healthy birds is determined. Valuable baseline data on (MIC) values in Campylobacter jejuni isolates from three groups of wild birds sampled in Sweden is presented.
