Article Abstract:
The increase of research studies regarding mouse genetics can be attributed to the breakthroughs in molecular biology and tissue culture techniques which can be utilized to analyze the nature of mutation and its effects. These techniques have been derived from the studies in Oak Ridge, TN. These studies have identified a mouse strain called the T (test) stock. The techniques being used in mouse genetics help the researchers to focus on specific genes they want to study.
