A second quorum-sensing system regulates cell surface properties but not phenazine antibiotic production in Pseudomonas aureofaciens

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on the root-associated biological control bacterium Pseudomonas aureofaciens strain 30-84 which produces protease and phenazines. The identification of the second quorum-sensing system CsaR-CsaI in this strain has been carried out and the results are reported.
