The various advantages and the impact of the excellent support infrastructure on the economic growth in the Greater Philadelphia region are discussed. The location and the geographical features of the city are also found to favor the existing robust infrastructure of Emergency Care Research Institute.

Scientists and researchers are moving to China, as it is providing them very good packages to establish their own lab in brand-new facilities. Planning, finding a Chinese scientist, learning Chinese and funds are some of the major requirements for those scientists who are planning to shift to China.
