A multiplex reverse transcription-PCR method for detection of human enteric viruses in groundwater

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on enteric viruses found in ground water. The authors describe the application of a procedure developed for the removal of amplification inhibitors from the groundwater samples, and present a multiplex reverse transcription-PCR assays to be performed on each water sample.
