A complex of LIN-5 and GPR proteins regulates G protein signaling and spindle function in C. elegans
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on coiled-coil protein LIN-5 from Caenorhabditis elegans. The authors describe the related proteins G protein regulator 1 (GPR-1) and GPR-2 which depend on LIN-5 protein for localization to the spindle and cell cortex.

Meiotic double-strand breaks at the interface of chromosome movement, chromosome remodeling, and reductional division
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on meiotic chaismata. The authors describe the chromosomal processes related to meiotic chaismata's formation and function, and they report that double-strand breaks promote events beyond recombination.
