Who is taxing directors?

Article Abstract:

The Australian Taxation Office is taking severe action against the directors relating to tax liabilities of companies. The office is concentrating on PAYG liabilities. Directors are exposed to personal liability if they fail to remit the PAYG tax that is withheld from the employee payments. The relevant provisions are discussed.
