The details of the investigations and hearing into the case of professional misconduct by Frank Ensabella as proceeded before the disciplinary committee of the Institute of Charted Accountants in Australia (ICAA) are presented. Ensabella's membership has been forfeited due to non-compliance to the decision of the ICAA.
