New high for uni students

Article Abstract:

The announcements made in the federal Budget that had a significant impact are the substantial proposed changes to HECS (Higher Education Contribution Scheme) and stated that from 2005/06, existing and new students would not be required to repay their HECS debt until their income reaches the minimum threshold of 30,000 dollars. The other schemes for student's benefits and other changes to be brought in these schemes are discussed.

Dealing with SARS

Article Abstract:

The virus, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) can affect workplaces and occupational health while safety application has application to it. In order to curb this, employers must control hazards in their workplaces by assessing and managing any risks associated with SARS.

Sunk funds?

Article Abstract:

The significance of sinking funds for the owners of a residence is stated. It is suggested that this funding for the long-term maintenance needs of a strata asset is not well recognized by owners.
