Mason Bronwyn introduced a decision-making tool called the BOE Model (Business Options Evaluation Model) that presents information on alternative business options on a diagram taking into consideration the benefits, ventures, risks, and efforts of an organization. The BREC Analysis (Benefits Risks Effort and Cost Analysis) is the model for assessing these factors of BOE Model.
