MBA courses can be chosen by students on the basis costs, entry requirements, learning styles, and content covered by the course. The MBA student must depend on his or her life-long learning goals in the decision to pursue an MBA course.

The Consortium of Australian Management and Business Schools Limited introduced accelerated masters of business administration degrees for certified public accountants in 1995. There are scholarships available through professional organizations for individuals who meet specific criteria.
