Article Abstract:

When faced with a "change potential" formula to indicate their ability to change, a group of successful executives scored 24 for their lives, and 210 for their businesses, out of a maximum of 1000. For these people who are not realising their potential, the most important element in changing their lives is realising that they have the power to do it.
