Dominic Chan, director of audit for the Audit Commission of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, believes that the emergence of e-commerce has had the most significant effect on the development of business in Hong Kong. According to Chan, the Hong Kong government is committed to providing a favourable growth environment for e-commerce.
