The experiences of Ian Schubach, former gamekeeper at the Kruger National Park regarding the frighteningly efficient teamwork of lions are discussed in comparison with the similar images in the predatory world of business. He developed his lion pride inspired teambuilding model out on the savannah, and his safari clients wished their teams could work like that pride of lions.
