Article Abstract:

The recent growth in outsourcing of information and communication technology services from Australia is discussed. Australian Computer Society is monitoring the increase in offshoring of works by providing cost benefit guidelines to the prospective outsourcing company. However, government guidelines in this respect would be welcome and would encourage other industries including accounting services to consider outsourcing.

Article Abstract:

An analysis is presented on the stock values and investor relations of delisted companies. The shares cannot be traded and becomes worthless. The shareholders face problems due to lack of information on the company's ongoing affairs.
