ATO to cut investment crops

Article Abstract:

The Australia Tax Office takes firm action against tax effective investments, some of which promise large profits which never materialize. Under the product ruling system, tax benefits set out in a specific investment or product are only available as long as the arrangement is undertaken in compliance with the information given to the Tax Office.
