Changes to bankruptcy act inhibit investment

CPA Australia opposes the proposed changes to the Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Bill 2004. As per the proposed changes there is no difference between tax cheats and those who fail due to unforeseen circumstances, and this may result in inhibited investments.
