Porsche discovers hedonism

The Boxster is only the sixth all-new street car that Porsche has ever introduced. It features a 2.5-liter water-cooled flat-six engine with only four major parts, a convertible top and trunks in both the front and the rear.

The government's plans to impose a 100% tariff on Japanese luxury cars is aimed at opening up Japan's car market to US automakers. However, the real barriers to sales of US cars in Japan comes from the Big Three themselves.
