Delco's SSC smart car is equipped with 25 new safety, communications and security features. The SSC was designed primarily to showcase Delco's ability to adapt aerospace and defense-industry technology to automobiles. The SSC has over 50 times the intelligence of the average car.

Tokyo Motor Show

Article Abstract:

Concept cars of all shapes and sizes were on display at the Tokyo Motor Show. The star of the show was the polished aluminum Audi Avus with a middle-mounted 60-valve W-12 aluminum engine. US makers brought no concept cars.
