A Steve Millen-altered Infiniti Q45, incorporating a nitrous-oxide system, is tested. The nitrous-oxide propels the Q45 to 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds, and a quarter-mile is covered in 13.7 seconds. Nitrous oxide provides a richer source of oxygen, causing more fuel to be injected for combustion.

Champ car testing with Team Rahal: what it takes to get ready to race
