Article Abstract:

The Miller Cycle, developed by Ralph H. Miller, varies the final compression temperature in four-cycle engines, thereby decreasing mechanical loading and enhancing thermal efficiency. Several projects in Japan have researched this principle. The latest research is being conducted at Honda Motor Co.

Toyota's Century: Japan's first production V-12 car

Article Abstract:

Toyota has launched its newest model, the new Toyota Century, which is considered as Japan's first production V-12 powered car. The model's features include a type 1GZ-FE engine which complements an electronically controlled 4-speed automatic transmission, anti-braking system and six airbags.

MOCKBA Formula 1 project

Article Abstract:

Lev Shogourov of Russia once headed an attempt by that country to enter Formula One racing. Shogourov worked at the Moskvitch plant in Moscow and led a team of engineers and designers that manufactured a racing car, but the project failed by the end of 1965.
