Owners of 1984-1988 Mercedes-Benz 190s were asked to complete a questionnaire about the cars. There were 339 owners surveyed, and the cars had an average mileage of 40,091. Seventy-three percent of the owners indicated they would buy another of the same make. Other survey details are discussed.

A majority of owners surveyed are very pleased with both the styling and the performance of the 3000GT and Stealth sports cars. The great handling and reasonable prices of both cars were also cited as significant sources of satisfaction.

Car buyers are increasingly shopping for cars online. About 20% to 25% of buyers are using the Internet to search for information about cars they are planning to buy. However, only 3% of buyers actually purchase online.
