Four factory made convertible automobiles priced between $40,000 and $50,000 are evaluated. All cars are attractive and well made. The Volvo C70, the Mercedes-Benz CLK320 sedan, The BMW 328i, and the Saab 9-3SE are all good cars but the BMW 328i ranks highest by virtue of its handling characteristics.
