Attorney Joe Maccarone successfully contested his neighbor's speeding ticket and set a precedent for barring the use of laser guns. The judge ruled that the LTI 20-20 Marksman was inadmissible as evidence after it showed that a wall moved at 4 mph. The guns calculate speed instead of measuring it.

OPEC's oil weapon now threatens to take out OPEC

Article Abstract:

OPEC's greedy manipulation of oil prices in the 1970's served as a wake-up call to the rest of the world to become less dependent upon OPEC oil. New competition from other countries such as South America have curtailed OPEC's one-time stranglehold on the oil market and weakened it considerably.
