Jaguar XK8

Jaguar unveiled its newest model the XK8 at the Geneva auto show. The XK8 comes equipped with an all-new V-8 engine and is the company's newest product in decades. Jaguar replaced its traditional V-12 engine in favor of the V-8, which gives better fuel efficiency and is cheaper to manufacture.

The Dodge Caravan ESS, proposed for 1998, has a tight short wheelbase and a hoped-for, but not demonstrated 215-horsepower modified V-6 engine. It features an AutoStick shifter with steering-wheel controls. It handles better than current production vans, but did not test faster.
