Article Abstract:

The city council in Ann Arbor, MI, wants to use solar-powered vehicles, small vehicles and soy fuel to deal with the problem of deteriorating parking structures. Automobile manufacturers have little incentive to develop small cars because of a lack of demand.

The Mille Miglia road rally was organized with short special stages and cars driving at an average speed of 28 mph. The team of Giuliano Cane and Lucia Galliani, who were driving a BMW 328 MM coupe, chalked up their eighth MM victory.
