Article Abstract:

Four of the world fastest cars, a Ferrari 456 GT, Ruf-Porsche 911 BTR, Jaguar XJ220, and Bugatti EB 110 S, were tested for speed and acceleration. The average maximum speeds ranged from 186.1 mph for the Ferrari to 212.2 mph for the Bugatti. All 0-60 mph accelerations were under five seconds.

The A-class gets an "A."

Article Abstract:

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class or AAVision is 22.8 in. shorter than a C-Class sedan but still has 13.8 cu. ft. of luggage space. Folding the rear seats gives the A-Class 36.7 cu. ft. of luggage space, that's bigger than that of the Volkwagen Golf.

European Car of the Year

Article Abstract:

The Nissan Micra was named Europe's Car of the Year, with the Fiat Cinquecento in the runner-up spot and the Renault Safrane finishing in third place. This is the first time a Japanese car has won the award.
