Tuner cars, a new sport from Japan, which was started in Los-Angeles, is becoming more popular and spreading across the nation with an amazingly diverse market involving young men and women from different phases of life. The new enthusiasm is based on the fact that young people could purchase a used Honda or Toyota compact and equip it with a set of wheels and tires, a suspension kit, an exhaust tip scavenged from a Peterbilt, and mandatory sound system.

Hybrid vehicles are considered as a hope to save the world from ozone asphyxiation and until they become economically feasible in terms of cost and valid fuel saving, internal combustion powered vehicles will be used. The feds are giving a one time $2000 tax credits to hybrid owners, and 16 states are offering come-on tax breaks, inspection exemptions, and single-driver use of HOV lanes as incentives.
