Old Motor Works, a division of General Motors, needs to build a perfect new car as soon as possible in order to stay afloat in the industry on its 100th anniversary. The move is in line with its effort to keep abreast with the competition in producing non-gas fuelled and environmental friendly cars.

Mercury Cougar: a comeback cat with a new edge

Article Abstract:

The 1998 Mercury Cougar powered either by Ford's Zetec 2.0-ltr engine or the V-6 2.5-ltr engine handles well even at more than 100 mph with sudden crosswinds. It is well suited for young professionals. Its only flaws are lack of head-room at the back seats and doors which are difficult to control.
