Racing team owner Rick Galles flipped a coin to see whether Al Unser, Jr. or Danny Sullivan would drive an updated version of the team's Chevrolet-powered Galmer G92 racing car. Sullivan won and Unser had to drive an aerodynamically unbalanced car. Other racing news is discussed.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pres. Tony George's Indy Racing League series observes regulations and procedures that are too expensive for racing teams. George should collaborate with Championship Auto Racing and other Indy Car officials to promote the growth of automobile racing.
